Lenté Archive is a curated destination for dress rental in the Philippines, offering occasionwear and formal pieces for weddings, events, and special occasions.
Yes. If you already know your size or are confident with the fit, you may reserve a piece directly through our website.
We recommend reserving your piece as early as possible, especially during peak event and wedding seasons, to ensure availability.
Bookings made through our website are considered reservation requests until confirmed by our team. You will receive a confirmation once payment has been processed and your selected piece has been secured.
Yes. Same-day reservations may be accommodated depending on availability and schedule.
We offer 3-day, 8-day, and 12-day rental options depending on your needs and the availability of the piece. Extended rental periods may also be arranged upon request.
Extensions may be requested before your return date. Approval depends on upcoming reservations for the piece.
Yes, you may cancel your booking at any time. However, once your reservation is confirmed, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You may try multiple available pieces during your studio fitting appointment. We recommend preparing your preferred selections ahead of time for a smoother experience.
Yes. We offer at-home fittings for selected areas. Clients will shoulder the delivery and return shipping fees. Shipping rates vary depending on location.
At-home fittings allow you to try up to 3 dresses within a 3-hour fitting window. Clients will shoulder the delivery and return shipping fees.
If the dresses are returned beyond the 3-hour fitting window, the 3-day rental rate for each piece will automatically apply.
We strongly encourage fittings prior to confirming your rental. Due to limited availability and reserved dates, refunds are generally not provided for sizing issues.
No. Alterations are not allowed as many pieces from The Archive are consigned and made from delicate fabrics. This helps us preserve the condition and fit of each piece for future rentals.
Late returns may incur additional charges, especially if the piece has another scheduled reservation.
No. All cleaning and garment care are handled by our team. Please do not attempt to wash or dry clean the piece yourself.
Minor wear may be considered normal depending on the situation. For significant damage, repair fees may apply after assessment by our team.
If a piece is returned with irreversible damage, replacement charges based on the piece’s value may apply.
Once the piece is released for your rental period, it becomes your responsibility until returned. Lost items may require full replacement payment.
Please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the piece if you notice any pre-existing issue so our team can assist you immediately.
We accept payments through GCash, MetroBank bank transfer, and cash for selected transactions. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Lending a piece means consigning your dress with Lenté Archive so it can become part of our curated rental collection.
We accept occasionwear, formalwear, and statement pieces that align with The Archive’s aesthetic and quality standards. Accepted items must have an original retail price (SRP) of at least ₱3,500.
To submit your dress, please send photos along with its details through our Instagram or email.
No. To maintain a curated collection, all pieces go through an approval process before acceptance.
Pieces should be clean, well-maintained, and free from major stains, tears, or visible damage.
Approval usually takes up to 7 business days depending on submission volume and evaluation.
Once your piece is approved, it becomes part of The Archive and will be made available for rentals. We handle customer inquiries, fittings, bookings, and garment care.
Consignors receive a percentage from every successful rental of their piece.
Rental pricing is based on factors such as brand, original retail value, condition, demand, and overall style.
Payout schedules and payment terms will be stated in the consignment contract sent after the consignor approves the proposed price sheet.
Our team will prepare a proposed price sheet based on the piece’s brand, condition, demand, and overall style. The final pricing will only be applied once approved by the consignor.
Our team handles garment cleaning, steaming, and maintenance between rentals.
No. Permanent alterations are not allowed in order to preserve the original condition and fit of each piece.
In the event of damage, our team will assess the situation and coordinate necessary repairs or applicable compensation.
Yes, although advance notice may be required if the piece has upcoming reservations.
Pieces remain in The Archive based on performance, demand, and consignor preference.
Yes. We welcome curated multi-piece submissions that align with the direction of The Archive.
Not all pieces may align with the current aesthetic, condition standards, or needs of The Archive at the time of submission.
