CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
By submitting a piece to The Archive, you confirm that:
• you own the piece or are authorized to consign it
• all information provided is accurate
• the piece is in acceptable condition for rental use
Lenté Archive reserves the right to approve or decline any consignment submission.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All rentals, fittings, and consignments are subject to availability and approval.
Lenté Archive reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings, fittings, rentals, or consignments at our discretion.
PRICING
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Rental rates, fitting fees, delivery fees, penalties, and other applicable charges will be communicated before confirmation whenever possible.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are expected to handle all pieces with care throughout the rental period.
You agree not to:
• alter any garment
• attempt unauthorized cleaning or repairs
• misuse rented pieces
• use pieces in a way that may cause avoidable damage
Additional charges may apply for damages, loss, or policy violations.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
