SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Lenté Archive offers delivery and return options within selected service areas. By placing a rental booking, you agree to the following Shipping & Returns Policy.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery availability depends on your location and schedule availability.

Clients will shoulder all delivery and return shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

Shipping rates may vary depending on:

• location
• courier rates
• urgency of delivery
• size of the booking

Delivery details and instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMING

We recommend scheduling your delivery at least one (1) day before your event whenever possible.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lenté Archive is not liable for delays caused by:

• couriers
• weather conditions
• traffic
• incorrect delivery information provided by the client
• unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package during the scheduled delivery period.

PICK-UP OPTION

Studio pick-up may be available for confirmed bookings depending on schedule and availability.

Pick-up instructions and location details will be provided upon confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

Pieces must be returned on or before the agreed return date.

Clients are responsible for arranging and shouldering all return shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

Return instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.

LATE RETURNS

Late returns may incur additional charges, especially if the piece has an upcoming reservation.

Failure to return a piece on time without prior approval may result in:

• late fees
• additional rental charges
• temporary suspension from future bookings

If you need additional time, please contact our team before your return deadline.

CONDITION UPON RETURN

All pieces must be returned in the same condition they were received, aside from reasonable wear from normal use.

Clients must not:

• wash the garment
• dry clean the garment
• alter or repair the garment

Professional cleaning and garment care are handled exclusively by Lenté Archive.

MISSING OR LOST ITEMS

Clients remain responsible for the piece until it is successfully returned to The Archive.

Lost returns or unreturned pieces may result in replacement charges based on the value of the item.

INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Lenté Archive is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided by the client.

Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts or address changes after dispatch.
