CONSIGNMENT POLICY

By submitting a piece to Lenté Archive, you agree to the following Consignment Policy. These terms apply to all consignors whose pieces become part of The Archive.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

All consignment submissions must go through an approval process before acceptance into The Archive.

To apply, consignors must provide:

• clear photos of the piece
• brand information if available
• size details
• condition details
• any additional information requested by our team

Submission approval usually takes up to five (5) business days depending on evaluation volume.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Lenté Archive carefully curates all pieces added to The Archive.

We prioritize:

• overall condition
• fabric quality
• silhouette
• desirability
• event suitability
• alignment with the aesthetic direction of The Archive

Not all submissions will be accepted.

CONDITION OF PIECES

All submitted pieces must be:

• clean
• well-maintained
• free from major stains or tears
• fully functional and wearable

Lenté Archive reserves the right to decline pieces that do not meet our standards.

PRICING

Our team will prepare a proposed price sheet based on:

• brand
• retail value
• condition
• demand
• style
• rental potential

The final pricing will only be applied once approved by the consignor.

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

Once the proposed price sheet has been approved, Lenté Archive will issue an official consignment contract containing:

• payout structure
• commission terms
• payment schedule
• responsibilities of both parties
• additional operating terms

OWNERSHIP

Ownership of consigned pieces remains with the consignor at all times unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Lenté Archive is authorized to:

• photograph the piece
• market the piece
• rent the piece
• use related content for promotional purposes while the piece remains part of The Archive

GARMENT CARE

Lenté Archive handles:

• professional cleaning
• steaming
• garment maintenance
• customer fittings
• rental coordination

We take reasonable care in maintaining all consigned pieces throughout their time in The Archive.

ALTERATIONS

Permanent alterations will not be made to consigned pieces.

Minor temporary styling adjustments during fittings may occur when necessary without damaging the garment.

DAMAGE OR LOSS

In the event of damage, Lenté Archive will assess the situation and coordinate appropriate repair or compensation procedures based on the consignment agreement.

While we take reasonable precautions, Lenté Archive is not liable for unavoidable wear associated with normal rental use.

PULL-OUT REQUESTS

Consignors may request to pull out their piece from The Archive.

Advance notice may be required, especially if:

• the piece has upcoming reservations
• the piece is currently out for rental
• scheduled fittings are pending

REMOVAL OF PIECES

Lenté Archive reserves the right to remove pieces from The Archive at any time based on:

• condition changes
• low rental demand
• policy violations
• evolving curation direction
