REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
By placing a booking with Lenté Archive, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Bookings are considered confirmed only after:
• payment has been completed
• the selected piece has been approved and reserved by our team
Lenté Archive reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings when necessary.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be made before the rental period begins.
Approved cancellations may be eligible for:
• partial refunds
• full refunds
• store credits
depending on:
• timing of cancellation
• booking status
• preparation or delivery status
PICK-UP OPTION
Refunds are generally not provided for:
• change of mind
• sizing issues
• failure to use the rental during the booked period
• late cancellations
• dissatisfaction after wear
• delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client
We strongly recommend booking a fitting before confirming your rental.
STORED CREDITS
Approved store credits may be issued in place of refunds depending on the situation.
Store credits:
• are non-transferable
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• must be used within the validity period provided
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
• the incorrect item was provided
• the item arrived with undisclosed major damage
• the booking cannot be fulfilled by Lenté Archive
• the item becomes unavailable before the rental period begins
Any issue with the received piece must be reported within 12 hours of delivery or pick-up.
PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method used.
FITTING FEES
Studio fitting fees, at-home fitting fees, delivery fees, and return shipping fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
LATE RETURNS & PENALTIES
Refunds will not be issued for penalties related to:
• late returns
• damages
• loss of items
• policy violations
Additional charges may still apply depending on the situation.
RIGHTS TO REFUSE REFUND
Lenté Archive reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
