FITTING POLICY

At-home fittings are available for ₱600 per session, exclusive of delivery and return shipping fees.

Clients may try up to three (3) dresses within a three (3) hour fitting window.

​

If the pieces are returned beyond the allowed fitting window, the corresponding 3-day rental rate for each piece will automatically apply.

BOOKING & AVAILABILITY

Appointments for exclusive studio fittings and at-home fittings must be scheduled in advance through our official booking channels.

All appointments remain subject to availability and confirmation.

​

Lenté Archive reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary.

ARRIVAL & DELAYS

Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

​

Late arrivals may result in shortened fitting time depending on the schedule for the day.

​

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.

HANDLING OF PIECES

Clients are expected to handle all pieces carefully during fittings.

​

Please avoid:

​

• excessive pulling or stretching
• forcing zippers
• applying makeup or products directly onto garments
• handling garments with food or drinks nearby

​

Any damage caused during the fitting may be subject to repair or replacement charges.

ALTERATION

Alterations are strictly prohibited.

​

Many pieces within The Archive are consigned and made from delicate fabrics. To preserve their original condition and fit, clients may not permanently alter, cut, hem, or modify any garment.

RENTAL RESERVATIONS AFTER FITTINGS

Availability of pieces is not guaranteed until the rental booking has been officially confirmed and paid.

Pieces tried during fittings may still become unavailable if reserved by another client first.
